  • Hinge Security: With a nail-holding power of 1370N, these boards aren’t just “holding” screws; they’re locking them in. You won’t see cabinet doors sagging or hinges pulling out after five years of heavy use.
  • Warp-Resistance: We’ve clocked a Static Bending Strength of 59 MPa. This is the gold standard for those tall, floor-to-ceiling cabinet doors that usually warp or “smile” when made from inferior materials.
  • The “Full Core” Truth: We don’t hide gaps behind veneers. By using A-grade Eucalyptus logs sliced into continuous, unbroken layers, we eliminate the structural weak spots and overlaps that plague cheap plywood.

2. The Glue Logic: Solving the High-Density Dilemma

There’s a hidden challenge with Eucalyptus: its fibers are so tight and dense that standard Urea-Formaldehyde (UF) glue often fails to penetrate, leading to delamination over time.

  • Deep-Rooted Permeability: We use Lingmei Glutinous Rice Glue. Its unique bio-molecular structure doesn’t just sit on the surface; it “soaks” into the dense eucalyptus fibers. As it cures, it forms a Dense Crystal Structure bond that effectively turns the wood and glue into a single, inseparable unit.
  • Beyond “Low Formaldehyde”: This is Ultra-ENF territory—strictly zero added aldehyde, benzene, or phenol. Because the glue is plant-based, it stays stable. You won’t deal with that “new furniture smell” or toxic gas release when the temperature rises or the seasons shift.
