They mixed cooked glutinous rice glue with slaked lime and sand to create a paste. The amylopectin in the glutinous rice reacted chemically with the lime, producing an exceptionally strong, durable, and waterproof organic-inorganic composite material. It uses 0-formaldehyde, 0-benzene Lingmei glutinous rice glue as the adhesive, select all AA grade eucalyptus veneer as the core material, adding magnesium chloride and water and magnesium oxide. Magnesium oxide is a super flame retardant and heat insulation agent, with its own ignition point reaching 2852℃, this made Qiangyi glutinous rice plywood achieve B1 grade fire retardant standard (B3: Flammable Materials; B2: Combustible materials). Glutinous rice glue after curing, creates an alkaline environment, while termites and insects prefer an acidic environment. Combined with its strong permeability, termites ingest some of the glutinous rice glue along with the wood fibers. The alkaline nature of the glue isindigestible, leading to death.   • 1. Super ENF-grade-Health & Environmentally

Lingmei Glutinous Rice Glue: Glutinous rice flour + magnesium chloride + water + magnesium oxide. This glutinous rice glue is made from pure plant/mineral extracts, ensuring safety and stability. It does not involve aldehyde chemical reactions, thus eliminating the introduction of formaldehyde at its source.

Super ENF Grade Environmental Protection: glutinous rice glue plywood uses formaldehyde-free Lingmei glutinous rice glue, achieving a super ENF grade level of environmental protection with zero benzene. Eliminating the problem at its source: No harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, or phenol are added during the adhesive production process. Since there is absolutely no formaldehyde in the glue, the biggest source of odor and pollution from renovations is cut off at the source.

Grade 0 mildew resistance, antibacterial rate >99%: The magnesium chloride and magnesium oxide in Lingmei glutinous rice glue react to create an alkaline environment. Combined with the strong 60H temperature-controlled drying process,the moisture content of the board is precisely controlled within the golden range of 8-12%. Simultaneously, its excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties virtually destroy the survival environment of all mold. What does Grade 0 mildew resistance mean?

It provides superior and long-lasting protection: Even in extreme environments of continuous high temperature and humidity, it can effectively inhibit the colonization and growth of mold spores for a long time.

The effect is visible to the naked eye: the surface is clean and free of bacterial spots, not only under a microscope but also in daily use observation.

  • 4. Superior nail holding and load-bearing capacity

Superior nail-holding capacity and greater resistance to deformation: Particleboard is the mainstream material for cabinet doors on the market, mainly because it is not easily deformed. However, its nail-holding capacity is very poor, and the cabinet doors are prone to loosening after being opened and closed for a long time. Qiangyi glutinous rice glue plywood uses Lingmei glutinous rice glue, which forms a dense crystalline structure after curing. It has a very strong rigidity and does not easily absorb water and swell. Therefore, its resistance to deformation is comparable to that of particleboard. At the same time, it has superior nail holding power and load-bearing capacity.

  • 5. Waterproof, moisture-proof, and expansion-resistant

Waterproof, moisture-proof, and anti-swelling: Lingmei glutinous rice glue has super penetrability. After being applied to the core of the board, it quickly penetrates into the internal structure, tightly wrapping the wood fibers and preventing water molecules in the air from contacting the wood fibers, thus preventing them from absorbing water and swelling.

  • 6. 9.5 grade termite resistance

9.5 grade termite resistance: The traditional Urea-formaldehyde resin boards are slightly acidic, making them ideal for termites. The wood fibers also provide ample food for the termites, significantly increasing the likelihood of termite infestation. However, glutinous rice glue after curing, creates an alkaline environment, while termites and insects prefer an acidic environment. Class V Crack Resistance and Anti-aging: The traditional Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, resulting from the chemical reaction between urea and formaldehyde, has a highly unstable structure. Regardless of environmental conditions, it undergoes a reverse reaction and decomposes (this reaction is exacerbated under high temperature and humidity), releasing formaldehyde back into the adhesive. Therefore, urea-formaldehyde boards continuously age and are prone to cracking. In contrast, glutinous rice adhesive is extremely stable after curing. Its cured crystalline structure is exceptionally strong and resistant to decomposition; the Great Wall standing for a full year is the best proof of this. Combined with a 15-day extended curing period, glutinous rice glue plywood exhibits a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in superior crack resistance and anti-aging properties.

  • 8. B1 Flame Retardant

Because magnesium oxide is a super flame retardant and heat insulation agent, with its own ignition point reaching 2852℃, the addition of magnesium oxide to Lingmei glutinous rice glue, along with the dense crystalline structure formed after the glue cures, prevents air from contacting the wood fibers. Even if burned for several hours, it will only carbonize and will not burn.
