Glutinous rice glue multifunctional plywood
Multifunctional Plywood is made from MR (Marine grade) board and melamine paper. Qiangyi multifunctional plywood is made from glutinous rice starch, magnesium chloride, magnesium oxide and water.
Glutinous rice starch has strong viscosity after gelatinization, magnesium chloride is an excellent coagulant, magnesium oxide is a strong flame retardant. So it call multifunctional plywood.
It formed by high temperature hot pressing.Its biggest advantages are termite-proof, fire resitstant , environmental protection, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof, simple and convenient, variety of patterns and colors ,etc. It is the first choice for customized furniture and indoor decoration .
FR retardant report is B1 grade((B3: Flammable Materials、 B2: Combustible materials), formaldehyde test report ≦0.025mg/m³（72h temperature test)

Resins and coatings are used in the production of engineered wood.Formaldehyde has a strong smell and is harmful to human health. In order to reduce indoor environmental pollution and protect human health, the wood industry standard sets limits on the amount of formaldehyde released. According to different standards, these restriction levels include E0, E1, ENF, CARB NAF, F★★★★, etc. ENF-one of the highest formaldehyde emission standards ENF grade is one of the highest Formaldehyde Emission standards for plywood, hardwood plywood sheets, blockboard, melamine faced board, floor, MDF, HDF, Particleboard, and other engineered wood. The ENF level is one of the strictest standards even in the world. The Standard of E0, E1, ENF E1 Grade: It is a mandatory standard for the engineered wood and its products industry, and the formaldehyde emission is stipulated to be ≤0.124mg/m³.It can be understood that it is a mandatory “safety standard line”, and the panels that meet this limit value standard can be used. E0 Grade: It is directly against the standard of CARB-NAF (California Air Resources Board – No Formaldehyde Added). When the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.050mg/m³, it meets the E0 level standard. ENF Grade: Directly lower than half of the formaldehyde regulation value of NAF grade, it can be said to be the most stringent formaldehyde standard at present, requiring formaldehyde emission ≤0.025mg/m³.
